Payment & Security Policy

Payment methods

  • We accept: Debit/Credit cards, Netbanking, UPI, Wallets as enabled via Razorpay.

Payment processor

  • All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By completing a transaction, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Card & banking info

  • We do not store full card numbers or CVV. Sensitive payment data is handled by Razorpay’s PCI-compliant systems.

Refunds & chargebacks

  • Refunds initiated by us will be returned to the original payment source. Processing time: 7–14 business days (may vary by bank/payment method).

  • In case of chargebacks/disputes, we will cooperate with Razorpay and banks to resolve.

Failed transactions

  • If payment fails but amount is debited, usually it is auto-refunded by Razorpay within a few working days. If not, contact us at [contact@kawaipaanda.com] with transaction ID and screenshot; we will coordinate with Razorpay.

Fraud prevention

  • We reserve the right to verify orders and reject orders in case of suspected fraud. This may include requesting identity proof or cancelling the order.
