Refund policy

Scope

• Applies to products bought from kawai paanda through our website.

Order cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. To cancel, email [contact@kawaipaanda.com] or use our cancel option (if available). Refund processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation confirmation.

Return eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • Missing parts (if advertised).

• For change-of-mind returns, policy depends on product category. Some items (customized, perishable, intimates/toys with hygiene seal broken) may not be eligible — check product page.

Return process

1. Email [contact@kawaipaanda.com] within 7 days with subject “Return Request — Order #[ORDER_NO]” and attach photos (if damaged) and reason.

2. We’ll issue RMA / return approval and instructions.

3. Pack item securely; return via our courier (prepaid label provided) or as instructed.

4. On receiving & inspecting returned item, we’ll process refund or replacement.

Refund timeline

• Refunds processed to original payment method within 7–14 business days after we accept the return. Time to reflect in your account depends on bank/payment provider.

Partial refunds

• If product is used beyond reasonable inspection, a partial refund may be applied.

Exchanges

• Exchanges handled as a return + new order, unless we specifically offer direct exchange.
